Our Summer Program
Fully immersive, our internship program allows you to apply what you’ve learned in a design and manufacturing environment. You’ll become a member of a team working on real, meaningful projects that have a profound impact on the organization. You’ll be challenged to produce or improve a product during your time here, with coaching from some of our most knowledgeable team members. You’ll also have the opportunity to work regularly with company leadership and gain invaluable skills that prepare you for your future career.

Where we work
Our Chicago office space and manufacturing facilities also serve as our showplace for our agents, lighting designers and architects to see our newest offerings. Our campus consists of three multi-functional office and manufacturing facilities.

With trips to Cubs games, team-building events, company celebrations, and opportunities to give back to the community, you’ll be able to socialize and enjoy what Chicago has to offer.
