BC Children's & Women's Teck Acute Care Center is an eight-story inpatient tower designed to enhance patient care through natural lighting, roof gardens, and purposeful art. The facility includes hematology and oncology departments, intensive care units, a high-risk birthing suite, imaging and procedural suites, and an emergency department, all designed for optimal efficiency and patient experience.

The children’s playroom features surface-mounted Skydome LED luminaires. Their soft, even illumination makes the vibrant, colorful environment shine. By providing consistent brightness without glare, Skydome LED ensures a welcoming and uplifting atmosphere tailored to young patients.
