As the largest locally-owned financial institution in San Diego County, Mission Federal Credit Union needed a new office space. With over 500 employees, their existing headquarters, where they had been residing for 30 years, was lacking the flexibility for future growth. ID Studios, Inc. was selected to design a bright, open, approachable office that would also display strength and reliability, turning their client’s core values of Integrity, Service, Teamwork, Trust, and Communication into a usable environment for its employees and visitors alike.

To ensure the new office aligned with employees’ daily work habits, the organization gained feedback around employee behavior. The result is an environment with open space to allow for movement and collaboration, private focus areas, flexible workstations, and a fitness center. To provide cohesion across the three-building campus and deliver a strong, yet welcoming aesthetic, Amica 2, ID+ 3.5" x 3.5", Seem 2 Recessed, Seem 4 Suspended and Focus Wall Wash in 3500K color temperature, were installed throughout.
