As they were faced with a lease expiration and space constraints, the law firm of Capes Sokol elected to relocate and partner with Lawrence Group, an integrated planning, design, architecture, and construction firm, to bring their vision to life. 

The new space is one that maximizes collaborative opportunities with an informal café and touch down spaces for employees offset by traditional conference rooms and a high-end conference center for clients. The open space favoring glass partitions draws in daylight, as well as new clients and top tier talent.

Supplementing natural light are ID+ 4.5" Cylinders in black that blend in the open ceiling, ID+ 4.5" Downlights recessed in wood ceiling, as well as Covert and Seem 2 Perimeter that illuminate ceilings and room perimeters, visually expanding the rooms and highlighting architectural details.
