The Chicago History Museum's Crown Lunchroom underwent a transformative redesign, turning a bland cafeteria into a dynamic, multi-functional space. Designed for social gatherings and immersive theater presentations, the transformative design results in an inviting environment that balances functionality, comfort, and drama.

Seem 2 LED Direct Suspended luminaires were installed in a circular arrangement to form a crown-like chandelier, adding a sense of dimension and elegance to the space. These fixtures provide bright, even illumination and complement the visual elements of the room. Additionally, ID+ 6” Downlights were recessed into the ceiling in an organized row and column pattern, ensuring a consistent and comfortable dining experience. These fixtures also enhance the visibility of wall-mounted photos and displays, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for visitors.
