Renowned for its unwavering commitment to safety, quality, and value, Webcor has delivered exceptional commercial construction services to a diverse range of high-profile clients, including Apple, Google, Oracle, and Samsung. The recent relocation of Webcor’s office to Downtown Los Angeles called for a sophisticated design featuring executive private offices, an open workspace, and meeting rooms that foster a cost-effective and stylish environment that fits diverse work styles.

Seem 1 Acoustic Trio Direct/ Indirect in Pure Black and Seem 1 Acoustic Trio Unlit in Emerald Green enliven the open office, infusing it with a vibrant touch of color. They also make the workspace more cohesive and visually appealing by concealing HVAC systems. The non-traditional meeting rooms, designed to foster creativity and innovation, feature Seem 1 Acoustic Direct/Indirect, enhancing acoustics and illumination. This narrow, rectangular design helps create an open and inviting atmosphere. In the private offices, segments of Seem 1 Recessed are placed perpendicularly to each other, using the ceiling tiles to create a pattern and complementing Seem 2 LED Perimeter luminaires that provide clean, seamless lines of light along the walls.
