Stanford Health Care Cancer Hospital represents a significant advancement in healthcare, seamlessly integrating patient and staff wellness. The facility merges human-centered design with cutting-edge technology to create an environment that fosters healing and connection.
The patient unit service desk, the central hub for patients and doctors, is beautifully illuminated by Skydome LED 3’ Recessed, enhancing visibility and creating a welcoming ambiance. Focus Wall Wash lights up hallways from the perimeter, complemented by ID+ 3.5” Downlights with deep cut-offs, resulting in an ideal hospital walkway that fosters visual comfort. In patient rooms, a single, wet location rated ID+ 3.5” Wall Wash provides ample illumination for the shower while Seem 4 LED Recessed delivers visual comfort and high performance over the bed, supporting the well-being of patients. Each of these thoughtfully designed lighting solutions ensures the building can adapt to the evolving needs of the Stanford health system, setting a new standard in healthcare environments.
