Climate Corporation is at the intersection of agriculture and technology, translating data that improves farming efficiency and helps manage farmers’ risk. With a goal to help the world’s farmers sustainably increase their productivity with digital tools, the organization needed a space to support its high-tech workers. The nearly 30,000 square-foot facility creates an atmosphere of transparency and connection, with breakout spaces, open workstations, and glass-walled conference rooms.

Anchored in the center of the space are the coffee bar, library, and main conference room; areas where spontaneous interactions and group meetings take place. Embodying the organization’s connection to agriculture, green accents, wood tones, and modern illustrations of produce adorn the offices. Nivo luminaires, with varying diffuser depths, integrate with the grid ceiling, adding to the contemporary aesthetic while providing a soft and pleasant glow.
