Transitioning to a new office location, subsequent to the change in ownership to Tortoise Capital Advisors allowed for a fresh beginning in an environment that reflects the company’s brand and values. With employee buy-in, a clean, bright, and collaborative workspace was created, shifting from private offices to an open office concept where break-out areas promote impromptu conversations and small group collaboration. A gray and blue palette helped carry out the company’s transition to its new brand identity. Triangular patterns, contemporary furnishing, and recessed luminaires complete the sophisticated office design.
