Located in the lower level of a downtown Kansas City building, this co-working space was designed with a focus on the human experience to cultivate the emotional, cognitive, and physical connection of people. The flexible, adaptable and comfortable space includes office suites, a large co-working area, meeting rooms, a café, and privacy spaces to accommodate the diverse needs of its tenants. The modern industrial design of the space mixes the building’s concrete walls with warm wood tone furniture to create a comfortable and neutral setting.

Theory luminaries accentuate the modern aesthetic in the office suites, with their simple form and use of Power-Up™ technology which eliminates the visual clutter of power cords by delivering power through the suspension cables. Providing comfortable illumination in the co-working space are Seem 4 direct/indirect suspended luminaires in a custom black finish. The black finish also contributes to the neutral color palette and blends with the dark concrete ceiling.
